The Lord said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then  nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them."

VISION

our

Church Praise Events was created because statistics clearly show that people are not  attending  church anymore. This fact can partially be attributed to the dozens of televised church programs and streaming opportunities  on the internet. The TV friendly and internet  compatible formats simply make it easier to stay home or catch services on-the-go.  In other cases,  scandalous allegations and some proven incidents of misconduct have betrayed the trust of  staunch believers and discouraged individuals who might be willing to give church a try.  As a result,  there is clearly not a priority for people to fill the pews in local churches.

In the past, "church" was the meeting place, the school house and the epicenter of information for small towns and cities alike. It was the place where it all began for many of us...advice, validation, salvation...it was all there, in the church. Despite churches current decline in popularity, it is our quest to show the community and the world that church is still the best place for information, validation, consultation and eternal salvation.

Itis our intent, to specifically highlight the ministries that are actively seeking innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with baby boomers and millennials alike.  In addition, we want to foster a healthy dialogue with you (the reader) about the things that you like and the things that you would like to see improve in our ministries: the leadership, the events, the practices and the messages that we share. We believe that the church (you) should always be attempting to win more souls to Christ. Prayerfully, this dialogue and active communication will challenge your church leadership to hear your voice and in turn you will become more actively engaged in your church and your community. We are all in this together.

...and so the journey begins!

                         Peace and  Blessings

We love the church and all that church has to offer.

Over the years, the traditional church has changed in its formation and daily practices, but despite the changes, the founding principles of the church are still true: Church is not a building, but rather the people of God living under the authority of Jesus Christ. According to the Hartford Institution of Religion Research, more than "80 percent of Americans are finding other things to do on weekends [and during the week] besides going to church." Keeping this fact in mind, it is our mission to share the events and happenings inside the church that illustrate the biblical teachings of Jesus Christ.
